In order for a limited agreement on child assistance to be accepted by the clerk, an administrative assessment of child custody must be made at the time of the request to accept the limited agreement with the clerk. In order for the agreement to be accepted, the agreement must have at least the annual child care rate that would otherwise have to be paid after the administrative assessment to be paid by the same parent as on the basis of the assessment.
